Warranty Terms

• All goods have 1 years manufacturer’s warranty from the purchase date.
• HID lamps have 3 months warranty, ballasts 1 year.
• Manufacturer’s warranty is valid if you can show the purchase receipt – check, invoice or warranty card.

1.1 The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to:

• cases, if you tried to prevent damage;
• damages, caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, lightning, fire, earthquake);
• cases, when the goods have entered the foreign objects, liquids, sand or insects;
• goods, if they are used for production or professional purposes;
• light bulbs, LED lights, filters, etc. Components, which have relatively high wear and tear;
• light sweating when outdoor temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, rain or snow;
• cases, if the goods have been used not in the way how it is showed in instruction and other similar factors.

If the item is broken or ordered incorrect, you have the following options:
